in strategy, research and investment, closely interacts with the management teams
across the firm to integrate ESG into decision-making at an entity and a portfolio
level.

The team has a recognized know-how in ESG strategy, research, and investment management.
Valentin started his career as an SRI analyst at Mirova in 2016 and joined ODDO
BHF Corporates & Markets as a sell-side ESG analyst in 2017. In 2019, he moved
to Düsseldorf, Germany to take up the position of ESG Analyst for ODDO BHF
Asset Management.
Valentin is a graduate of Paris-Dauphine University in Finance and International
Affairs and of the Institute of Political Studies in Grenoble.
Simona Rizzuto

Simona started her career at ODDO BHF Asset Management in 2017. After gaining first
experience in the Middle Office department, she joined the ESG team as an analyst.
Simona holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Rome
La Sapienza and a Master's degree in International Management & Sustainability
from Sciences Po Paris.

Bryan is a graduate of the University of St.Gallen in Banking & Finance and of the ESCP Business School.
Rachida Mourahib

Rachida Mourahib is Global Head of ESG Research at Oddo BHF for Asset Management and Private Equity activities, since March 2022. As such, she is a member of the General Management Committees of ODDO BHF AM & Private Equity. Rachida Mourahib oversees a team of ESG and Climate specialists in the production of ESG and thematic research, as well as analytical solutions for portfolio managers. Her team is also responsible for Oddo BHF AM’s proprietary ESG rating system, as well as the integration of ESG analysis and climate data into investment processes.
Prior to joining Oddo BHF, Rachida worked at HSBC Asset Management for over 16 years, where she held various investment positions. Since 2019, she was the Global Head of ESG Research for Fixed Income, covering over $100 billion in assets. She has made a significant contribution to the definition and integration of ESG factors in the research and management of portfolios. Rachida has also contributed to the development of HSBC AM's fixed income climate change strategy, ensuring that climate considerations and Net Zero strategies are integrated into investment funds.
Rachida Mourahib has 20 years of experience in the asset management industry. She began her career in 2003 at BNP Paribas Asset Management as a Corporate Governance analyst before joining HSBC AM in 2006 as an ESG analyst, leading ESG integration and the implementation of the proprietary ESG rating model. In 2009, she evolved within the investment teams as an equity and then credit analyst, investment grade and high yield, covering various sectors, in addition to being the expert in ESG and climate for both. asset classes
Rachida has a Degree in Engineering from the University of Law and Economics, Le Mans.
Camille Lancesseur

Camille joined ODDO BHF Asset Management in July 2022 as an ESG analyst. Prior to joining ODDO BHF Asset Management, Camille worked for seven years in London, including five years in the ESG team of BlueBay Asset Management. She was in particular in charge of the integration of ESG criteria into the investment process covering various sectors, as well as analysis and dialogue with issuers. She also contributed to the implementation of the internal infrastructure for the analysis and communication of ESG risks and opportunities as well as the proprietary ESG rating model developed by BlueBay. Camille holds a Master's degree in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Management from the University of Exeter.
