ODDO BHF is a Franco-German financial group with a history dating back more than 170 years. It was founded by a French family-owned bank and a German bank specialising in small and mid-sized companies.

With 3.000 employees and more than 140 billion euros in client assets under management, ODDO BHF operates in three main business lines – private banking, asset management, and corporate and investment banking. The Group possesses a unique shareholder structure, as it is 65% owned by the Oddo family and 25% by its employees. This partnership approach guarantees long-term employee commitment. In 2023, ODDO BHF generated net banking income of 806 million euros, and as of 31 December 2023 it had more than 1,158 billion euros in consolidated shareholders’ equity.

Consolidation in Switzerland:
ODDO BHF completed the acquisition of the oldest bank in French-speaking Switzerland, Landolt & Cie, which is based in Lausanne and Geneva.
ODDO BHF signed a strategic partnership for equity brokerage with Commerzbank in Germany.
Acquisition of METROPOLE Gestion, a specialist in value management.
ODDO BHF strengthened its private banking activity with the acquisition of Quilvest Banque Privée S.A renamed La Banque Privée Saint Germain.
ODDO BHF strengthens its European presence with the opening of an office in London and the signing of a partnership agreement with Raiffeisen in Austria for the equity brokerage business.
