ODDO BHF Graduate Programs: launch your career with the ODDO BHF development programs for graduates!

Talents are at the heart of our Franco-German development strategy.

This is the reason why we offer graduates tailor-made and international programs throughout the year.
Do you want a unique function that will allow you to quickly gain expertise and responsibilities? To benefit from mobility between France and Germany? Our programs are then for you!

The "Business Graduate Program"

This new course allows graduates to join our teams in private banking, asset management or operations and to evolve rapidly. During 2 years, you will be able to exercise different functions and benefit from:

  • regular trainings
  • meetings with experts from the relevant businesses

You will have the opportunity to land a position with strong responsibility at the end of this program.

The European Talent Program

The European Talent Program is a very selective 3-year program combining international responsibilities and rapid development for graduates. As part of our Franco-German development strategy, we offer you a permanent contract that will allow you to:

  • work in our various activities internationally
  • benefit from personal development training and a mentor

You will start working in France or Germany with a mobility of at least 12 months in each country  in the 2nd or 3rd year.

At the end of the program, an assessment is made with your management and HR staff in order to organize your future development.
